overall a disappointing and uncomfortable stay due to cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and excessive noise. Positive: The host was responsive and replied quickly to messages. Alao overall location is good. Negative: This was unfortunately my worst stay experience in Helsinki, and I visit the city often. The apartment was missing many basic items. There were only two coffee cups and two sets of plates and cutlery available. The bed sheets had visible stains on them when we arrived. What made the experience worse was that, instead of a helpful guest guide, there was a long list of warnings and extra charges for potential damages or stains. For example, there was a €30 charge mentioned for stained towels, even though the towels themselves were old and low quality, and the bed sheets already had large stains. The apartment was also very noisy because of the trams outside, which made it difficult to rest properly.
