Negative: I didn't find another set of linen, even though I immediately indicated that there would be 2 guests, for some reason this means that it's a man and a woman and they will sleep together, not colleagues, and someone is sleeping on the couch. Also, never got the Invoice from them.

Totalno razočarani Positive: Apartman je svetao i prostran. Prevoz od apartmana do svih delova grada je dobar. Negative: Izuzetno je komplikovano doći do ključa, pogotovo ako ste prvi put u ovom gradu i stignete kasno uveče. Komunikacija sa domaćinom je bila vrlo loša i samo preko poruka na ovoj platformi, na broj koji smo dobili niko se nije javljao. Akcenat komunikacije je na onom što gost MORA i što NE SME uraditi, a ne na jasnim uputstvima za boravak. Između ostalog, od nas je zahtevano da pre izlaska skinemo navlake sa posteljine, valda da tada vidimo koliko su dušek, jorgan i jastuci prljavi. Takođe, pošto smo pre dolaska uplatili novac za rentiranje apartmana, a zatim zbog ličnih razliga bili primorani da pomerimo dolazak za 3 dana kasnije, domaćim se nije udostojio da vrati deo novca, čak ni da prokomentariše bilo šta o tome. Znači, on/ona je mogao ta 3 dana da naplati 2 puta tako što je isti apartman izdao nekom drugom. Takođe, frižider je imao neprijatan miris kao da mesecima nije otvaran.

Alao overall location is good. Negative: This was unfortunately my worst stay experience in Helsinki, and I visit the city often. The apartment was missing many basic items. There were only two coffee cups and two sets of plates and cutlery available. The bed sheets had visible stains on them when we arrived. What made the experience worse was that, instead of a helpful guest guide, there was a long list of warnings and extra charges for potential damages or stains. For example, there was a €30 charge mentioned for stained towels, even though the towels themselves were old and low quality, and the bed sheets already had large stains. The apartment was also very noisy because of the trams outside, which made it difficult to rest properly.
