Positive: Very nice apartment very spacious and comfortable.Good location. Negative: The keybox to retrieve key is not practical in winter and very cold weather.

Cockroach infestation Negative: Stay away from this apartment – serious hygiene issue and dishonest handling by host I stayed at this apartment in Helsinki and was forced to leave after just one night due to a severe cockroach infestation in the kitchen and bathroom. I have photo and video evidence clearly showing multiple cockroaches, which I immediately shared with the host. Instead of acknowledging the issue and offering a refund, the host tried to dismiss it by claiming they later arranged an inspection that “found nothing.” This is completely irrelevant – the problem existed during my stay, and I was the one who had to deal with it. The apartment was also dirty overall and clearly not maintained to any acceptable standard. No help was offered with relocation, no refund was issued, and I was left to find new accommodation at my own cost in the middle of a trip. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Booking.com should not allow this listing on the platform. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs.

Positive: Everything was working perfectly, It was really clean and I was able to reach them when I needed something. Even if it is a bit away from the center, It is a good neighborhood. Negative: I don't have many things to complain about. The only thing is maybe the windows should be checked. Before I opened it there was no problem but after I did it began to reopen itself and because of this the room became cold. Still this can be about, how I close it.

quite average Positive: The location is very close to the tram and bus, there is also a supermarket very close to the house. The house was clean enough. Negative: The toilet door wouldn't close. There were some dishes in the dishwasher and at first we thought they were dirty because there were some that were not washed completely. there was an empty coffee bag from the previous customer in the cupboard. The landlord stated that they did not provide coffee, but it was not the coffee but the empty coffee rubbish that was still there. The house is mentioned as a 4-person house, but there were no sheets and duvet covers for sleeping on the sofa except for the two-person bed. the quilts and pillows were dirty. The landlord also stated that there was an extra charge for the sheets and bed linen outside the bed. when I asked for additional toilet paper, he/she said that there was enough toilet paper. I didn't ask for anything extra, but the next day the sheets and toilet paper were left at home, and I even asked if the landlord want a fee. The landlord said, let me ask if the cleaner wants a transfer fee. Fortunately, no fee was charged afterwards. When I was asked to pay for the bed linen, which I thought should already be provided, I felt the need to ask if there was a charge even for the garbage bag in the house. I visit often but I saw such an approach for the first time and frankly it didn't make me feel good.

Positive: It was very good value for money. The apartment is functionally furnished and equipped and has a fast internet connection. It's next to the street but not busy, and it was always very quiet at night. The host was very responsive and helped on the day of arrival.
