Positive: Extrem gute Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum und alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Negative: Enorme Lärmbelästigung im Haus. Das Bad ist viel zu klein und man kann aufgrund des Platzmangels die Dusche nicht nutzen. Das "Apartment " hat eine Größe von max. 10m² inkl. Bad und ist eine Katastrophe. Kein Tisch und Sitzmöglichkeit vorhanden und das "Bett" ist max 40cm hoch und hat eine Liegeplätze von ca 1,90m x 80 Alles in allem schlechter als Ungenügend. Das schlimmste ist der Lärm im Haus durch diverse elektronische Betriebsmittel.

Total experience, ok at best (just because of the price) Positive: The price was good considering the location close to Pasila. The renter was great answering questions and providing information on how to get access. If you just need a cheap place to stay and don’t care about the negatives it’s worth it Negative: When the elevator was used there was a loud buzzing sound inside the apartment. I located it to an electric box. The mattress was way to thin, basically sleeping directly on the wood underneath. The isolation to the hall outside was non-existent and you could clearly hear people coming and going and what they were saying. There was some kind of bugg inside the apartment that came up crawling when moving the mattress.

MENTAL HEALTH RISK .. Positive: Leaving 4 days early Negative: ABSOLUTE SHITSHOW.. key finding instuctions vague. Had to dig a mystery lockbox out of the snow .lockbox frozen shut.. Hosts didnt answer phone for 16 hrs. Its an illegal dwelling not a rea apartment.. Its a converted storeroom in the hallway next to the elevator .. RIDICULOUS INDUSTRIAL NOISE 24/7 !!! the flat is literally metre wide!!! Below ground level .. so people walking by the window above you just centimetres from your head.. AFTER 100’s of bookings this WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND A MENTAL HEALTH RISK to anyone. I booked for 5 nights and left after the first night.. HORRIFIC
